For one of our international clients – we are looking for Junior Recruitment Consultant with fluent English (no experience required).

Responsibilities:
* Drive and manage full life-cycle recruitment process;
* Create and manage job postings;
* Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites etc
* Organize and conduct interviews to check technical skills, communication Skills;
* Follow up on the feedbacks;
* Manage an applicant database and process and manage all the relevant employee documentation;
* Provide general support to other departments whenever needed.

Requirements:
* Fluent English or another European language;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Organized, detail oriented, ability to work independently and with a team.
