JUNIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST


We support our candidates through their whole career journey and assist our clients in finding their most valuable asset – people. So be sure that this role is an exciting target-driven opportunity. You will begin with our rigorous induction and participation in our initial training including a lot of practical tasks, designed to help you become an excellent consultant.

Some of your duties after the initial training:

- Creating innovative job ads;
- Testing candidates' skills and knowledge;
- Conducting interviews with candidates;
- Pro-active search of suitable candidates using various tools for this purpose;

Essential requirements:

- University degree or a last-year student in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Economics, or a relevant specialty;
- Deep interest in the field of HR, especially in the pre-selection and selection processes;
- Very good command of the English language - both written and spoken;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- A passion for a career in recruitment;
- A confident ''can-do'' attitude;
- Attention to detail and excellent research skills.


*** Previous experience in the field is an advantage but it is not mandatory!
