For one of our clients – a well-establish company offering services, products and solutions in
the BPO field. We searching for approachable, driven and adaptable social media
enthusiasts the role of Remote Backoffice Care Consultant with German, Estonian, Lithuanian or Latvian and English - Full Time or Part Time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Engaging as a supportive presence on the company's social media platforms;
* Assisting customers with various inquiries and resolving issues;
* Offering guidance and information regarding the company's offerings;
* Maintaining professionalism to ensure positive customer interactions;
* Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian (C1) and English (B2), proficiency in multiple
languages preferred;
* Friendly and approachable and driven to deliver excellent service;
* Adaptability and quick problem-solving skills;
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms;
* Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is advantageous.
