iCard AD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Definition to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of defining, shaping, and enhancing our digital financial products.As a key player in our product development lifecycle, you'll be responsible for creating detailed product requirements, managing cross-functional collaboration, guiding development and internal processes to ensure the successful delivery of features that meet user needs and business goals.

Your New Job Will Include:
Conducting market research to define customer and market requirements
Analyzing financial trends and industry benchmarks to define market fit
Writing clear and detailed product specifications and documentation
Coordinate and facilitate the development and launching specific products and services
Managing product roadmaps and optimizing existing features
Working closely with developers to prioritize features and guide product implementation
Participating in product testing, maintaining quality standards and organizing the internal process related to delivered products and services
Improving UX based on user feedback and data insights
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or Product Management.
Experience in financial technology (fintech), product management, credit, banking, or finance is preferred. Background in project management, business development, financial services change management, key-account business relationships is an advantage.
Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive product documentation, including detailed specifications.
Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies and capable of working effectively in iterative development environments.
Strategic thinker with excellent project management and analytical skills, able to prioritize tasks and deliver product oriented results.
Knowledge of digital wallets, mobile and online banking systems, payment processing, card acceptance, and card tokenization processes is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
