Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments;
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports;
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail;
• Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment;
• Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and handle vendor relationships;
• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation;
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications;
• Organize and coordinate team events and meetings;
• Professional and business manners;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role;
