For one of our clients we are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Operations Specialist, proficient in either Dutch and English or German and English. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for accounts payable queries, handling inbound communications from employees, vendors, and approved third parties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Capture and record inquiries, creating cases/tickets with all necessary information and relevant
business details;
*Analyze and document root causes of problems related to accounts payable, including purchase
orders;
*Collaborate with other departments and business units to resolve issues effectively;
*Process PO and non-PO driven invoices in the ERP system;
*Provide feedback and support to team leads and managers in driving end-to-end standard
processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and projects across the business;
*Adhere to company policies regarding approvals and financial guidelines.

Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, service desk, or a shared services
environment;
*Proficiency in English and either Dutch or German;
*Intermediate level of MS Office;
*Experience in creating, managing, and analyzing records/data through computerized systems.
