For one of our clients – a world-renowned company, known for their excellent conduct with
clients and employees. We are looking for seasoned, attentive and for the role of Experienced HR Operations Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including new hires, contract changes, terminations,
and related paperwork like reassignments and annexes;
* Prepare documents related to legal changes, including internal orders and regulations;
* Act as the local point of contact for employee relations issues;
* Handle official documents requested by employees and maintain and update employee
files and HR systems;
* Administer employee benefits and manage relationships with third-party vendors;
* Support the monthly payroll process, both locally and internationally, and ensure timely
salary payments;
* Assist with external and internal HR audits, prepare HR reports on time and manage the
HR mailbox;
* Provide guidance to managers on HR processes and participate in local and global HR
projects;
* Ensure all HR processes comply with Bulgarian labor laws.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English and proficient in Excel;
* At least 3-4 years of experience in HR administration;
* Experience with HR systems like Omex, Hermes, Aladin, and Workday;
* In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws and regulations;
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Amazing communication and interpersonal skills;
* Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
