For one of our clients – a company offering a variety of services in the customer experience
field. We are searching for focused, objective and talented analytical-thinkers for the role of
Non-Voice Content Analyst with Slovak, German, Estonian, Lithuanian, Albanian or
Slovenian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Searching for and identifying patterns and trends;
* Reporting regularly to the supervisors and informing them on observed patterns;
* Investigating reported content and making a careful estimation of the given content;
* Taking a professional approach and analyzing content for potential guideline violations;
* Keeping up with internal policies and striving to be up-to-date at all times.

Requirements:
* Fluency in one of the main languages and English (both written and spoken);
* Objective, professional approach and talent for analysis;
* Good time management skills with strong focus and an eye for detail;
* Active interest in the pop-culture and world events;
* Available for work on shifts and motivated by a dynamic environment.
