For one of our clients – a global giant, working with various famous projects and providing
top-notch services in the BPO field. We are on a lookout for friendly, well-mannered, and
capable individuals for the role of Corporate Travel Assistant with German and English
(Day Shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Engaging with business travel clients to discuss their travel arrangements;
* Delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive experience;
* Assisting with booking hotels and resolving any travel-related concerns;
* Supporting with flight bookings and other transportation needs;
* Coordinating all aspects of travel to ensure customer satisfaction with their transportation
and accommodations.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field;
* Great command of German and English (B2 level or higher);
* Capable and friendly PC user with excellent phone manners and solid active listening skills;
* Prior customer service experience is beneficial;
* Familiarity with Travel GDS is advantageous.
