For one of our clients – a leader in one of the largest FMCG sectors in Europe, we are
searching for capable, organized and team-oriented people the role of Senior Accounts Payable Support Assistant with Dutch and English (HYBRID).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Be the primary contact for STP-related queries, supporting employees, vendors, and
approved third parties via calls, emails, or faxes;
* Ensure efficient resolution of data deficiencies and customer concerns;
* Provide high-quality service to key stakeholders, including suppliers, employees, and executives;
* Manage enquiries and recording cases/tickets with all necessary details;
* Analyze and resolve Accounts Payable issues, including Purchase Order-related queries;
* Collaborate with other departments to solve challenges effectively;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
* Ensure daily tasks are completed according to timelines and procedures;
* Share feedback to improve processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch and English;
* At least 2 years in STP, Accounts Payable, or Service Desk roles, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment;
* Proven skills managing and analysing records/data through computerized systems;
* Ability to assess issues and escalate when needed;
* Skilled and ready to collaborate with other colleagues, teams and departments;
* Responsible and reliable, self-motivated;
* Organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
