For one of our clients – a company focused on providing the best customer experience
technology and solutions, we are searching for communicative, driven and skilled individuals
for the role of Credit and Cash Analyst with Italian (Hybrid & Standard shifts).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Retrieve bank statements from company portals, process cash postings and apply them in
Oracle;
* Prepare daily cash receipt summaries and handle weekly factoring reports and uploads;
* Reconcile credit/debit memos with invoices;
* Analyze bank statements to identify payment discrepancies and address unapplied or unidentified payments;
* Provide documentation for audit purposes;
* Work closely with AR, PSR, and credit teams and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
* Support other regions as a backup when necessary.

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Italian and proficiency in English;
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams;
* At least one year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related area; cash application
or accounts receivable experience is a bonus;
* Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Excel) and accuracy in
payment application;
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address payment issues;
* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred).
