For one of our clients – a big name in online entertainment industry, we are searching for
proactive, motivated and flexible decision-makers for the role of Chat & Email Support Agent with Greek or French (Various Shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Chatting and emailing with customers, sorting out their questions and problems;
* Offering quick, clear solutions along with guidance through solution process;
* Informing customers about upcoming promos and changes, building trust by really listening;
* Respecting the company rules and tackling any other customer-related tasks;
* Learning more about how the business works and striving to hit your targets;
* Being there for your coworkers and coming up with ideas for making things work even better.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Greek or Italian and English;
* Customer support experience is a plus, especially in gaming or payments;
* Customer-centric and proactive approach to work;
* Communicative and motivated to provide a good service;
* Dynamic, driven and excited to work on a flexible schedule;
* Skilled with multitasking, flexible and a capable decision-maker;
* PC literate.
