exceptional products and services worldwide, we are searching for determined, quick and
skilled problem-solvers for the role of First-Line Support Specialist with Norwegian and English (Hybrid and Backoffice).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for STP queries via calls, emails, and other channels;
* Collaborate with business units to ensure smooth deployment of STP processes;
* Support the migration of Accounts Payable and STP activities to Shared Services;
* Identify and resolve STP-related issues promptly;
* Provide feedback to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken);
* 1+ year of experience in STP, Accounts Payable, or Service Desk roles, ideally in a multinational or Shared Services environment;
* Notable problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately;
* Determined and organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage time well;
* Experience managing and analyzing records using computerized systems.
