For one of our clients – a leader in one of the largest fast-moving consumer goods sectors in
Europe, we are searching for analytical, customer-oriented and adaptable individuals for the
role of Accounts Payable with French (Hybrid and standard shifts).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional STP services to internal and external customers, resolving queries and
handling escalations with efficiency;
* Collaborate with other departments to solve Accounts Payable issues, including Purchase Orders;
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of Accounts Payable period-end closing procedures;
* Identify and implement process improvements to align with business needs, focusing on
automation and user-friendliness;
* Mentor team members and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in continuous improvement projects;
* Analyze root causes of problems, document findings, and drive resolutions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable within a multinational or Finance Shared Services environment;
* Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and moderate knowledge of Procure to Pay;
* Strong customer service orientation and eagerness to provide support;
* Problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage escalations effectively;
* Proficiency in French is a must.
