For one of our clients – a top provider of outsourced solutions focused on driving B2B growth
through performance-based strategies, we are searching for seasoned, proactive and driven
people the role of Account Specialist with German or French (HYBRID and Standard shifts).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving escalated issues;
* Achieve revenue-based targets and manage assigned sales territory;
* Manage client accounts to meet operational and growth objectives, proposing tailored solutions;
* Handle competitive pressures and negotiate effectively to overcome objections;
* Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple stakeholders;
* Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales;
* Use data-driven insights to influence the buying and renewal process.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and French or German (written and spoken);
* 1+ years of experience working in account management or a sales role;
* Experience in customer service or outsourcing is preferred;
* Strong value-based selling skills in a dynamic environment;
* Proficiency in MS Office programs;
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus;
* Interest in new technologies;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
