We are for a motivated person to fill the role of Back Office Support Specialist (English B1-B2, Flexible Shifts Available/Relocation Support).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Serve as the go-to support, assisting with various back-office functions to ensure smooth operations;
*Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality, in line with company expectations;
*Energize the atmosphere by supporting the team and enhancing the work environment;
*Continuously improve your performance and contribute to an engaging, high-energy atmosphere;
*Stay disciplined, adaptable, and work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting;
*Ensure all operational tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, always in line with company guidelines.
Requirements:
*English proficiency at B1-B2 level (both spoken and written);
*Flexibility with working hours, including shift work;
*A professional attitude with strong attention to detail;
*A positive approach to team collaboration and delivering top-quality support;
*Ability to handle fast-paced tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
