For one of our clients – is a key player in sustainable freight and logistics solutions for
maritime and industrial sectors, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for
the role - Payment Processing Assistant.

Essential Responsibilities:
*Perform transactional activities in the Invoice-to-Pay process with minimal supervision;
*Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
*Assist with invoice review and approval, and resolve discrepancies;
*Support GRIR reconciliations with the ItP Specialist and Team Lead;
*Collaborate actively within the ItP team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues;
*Ensure compliance with procedures and accurate documentation;
*Resolve recurring issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
*Maintain data accuracy in company systems;
*Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or business (completed or in progress);
*0 to 3 years of experience in the Invoice-to-Pay (ItP) area;
*Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
*Experience with handling queries;
*Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
*Attention to detail and analytical abilities;
*Experience with ERP/Cloud systems is a plus;
*Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
*Professional communication skills and strong work ethic.
