A few years ago, they built an IT Competence Center in Bulgaria to synchronize the synergy between the individual EU countries in which they operate. Their team in Sofia is growing, and together with them, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated professional to join in as an:
HR GENERALIST
In this role, you will be involved in the overall HR onboarding process within the company. As part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include:
* Administrative tasks related to labour contracts and other employment documentation;
* Improvement of the organisation's onboarding processes;
* Employees support activities regarding internal procedures and benefits programs.
Essential requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as an HR Specialist, HR Ops, or HR Generalist;
- University degree in “Human Resources Management” or equivalent;
- Deep knowledge of Bulgarian Labour Law and Labour regulations;
- Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Very good level of spoken and written English (B2 or higher).
