For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for - Backoffice Assistant for
Route Settlements - OTC with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Ensure the delivery of top-tier services to essential stakeholders such as clients, suppliers,
employees, executives, and regulatory authorities;
*Manage the completion of Route Settlements tasks efficiently, accurately, and within the
established timelines;
*Resolve outstanding queries by collaborating with the Warehouse/Logistics departments and
external service providers;
*Provide necessary documentation to customers in response to their requests and requirements;
*Maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments to ensure
smooth operations;
*Address and process any discrepancies or issues related to route settlements promptly and professionally;
*Assist in ensuring the accuracy of data entry and documentation related to the settlement
process.
Qualifications:
*German (B1-B2) and English (B2);
*Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly advantageous;
*Strong working knowledge of Excel and its advanced features;
*Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively;
*Attention to detail with a focus on ensuring precision in all aspects of work;
*Capability to work independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines;
*A customer-centric approach, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
