For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of
beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services Assistant for
Disputes with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

Responsibilities:
*Collaborates with the Business Unit (BU) to foster strong, constructive partnerships,
ensuring smooth implementation of conflict resolution procedures into centralized operations;
*Assists the transition team (where applicable) in facilitating the effective transfer of
discrepancies and related Customer to Cash (CTC) activities to Shared Services;
*Responsible for providing superior service to essential stakeholders, such as customers,
suppliers, employees, executives, and regulatory authorities;
*Ensures adherence to company policies, such as approval processes and financial guidelines.
*Efficiently handles customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions,
while escalating concerns when necessary;
*Addresses urgent customer complaints and ensures their prompt and appropriate resolution;
*Works with the Disputes Management Team to resolve conflicts in line with established
procedures and within given timeframes.

Qualifications:
*A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education;
*Experience within an international organization or a Shared Services environment with
strong business understanding;
*Very good German and English skills, ensuring effective communication with diverse teams
and stakeholders;
*A strong commitment to providing top-tier customer service and ensuring satisfaction;
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with others;
*Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, showing initiative and support for colleagues;
*Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on time management and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
