For one of our clients - a pioneer in Technology and Operations, offering expert Advisory and
Solutions, backed by the world’s most extensive advanced tech infrastructure, we are looking
for – Contracts and Invoices Processing Administrator with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end processing of contracts, orders, invoices, and cancellations in accordance
with internal guidelines;
*Review and validate contract terms, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with
legal and company standards;
*Ensure timely and accurate billing by supporting the full invoicing and credit process;
*Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear and professional communication in
a B2B context;
*Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, contracts, and invoicing in
collaboration with internal teams;
*Keep internal records and systems up to date with relevant contract and billing information;
*Work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure
smooth operations and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
*Advanced proficiency in German (B2 level) and intermediate English skills;
*Previous experience in invoicing, order management, contract administration is a plus;
*Excellent written communication skills, particularly in a professional B2B environment;
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling financial and contractual data;
*Ability to navigate internal systems and tools; experience with ERP/CRM platforms is a plus;
*Comfortable working independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment;
*A proactive and solution-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple administrative
tasks simultaneously.
