For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Experienced CMA Contract
Administrator with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Prepare, review, and dispatch CMA contracts with precision and timeliness;
*Provide top-tier support to clients, partners, and internal teams;
*Ensure adherence to corporate policies and compliance standards;
*Collaborate with audit teams by supplying accurate contract-related data;
*Handle contract inquiries, ensuring clarity, fairness, and completeness;
*Drive process improvements to enhance contract lifecycle efficiency.
Qualifications:
*At least 2 years of experience in a global corporate or shared services setting;
*Knowledge of CMA processes or related customer-to-cash operations;
*Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to contractual detail;
*Proactive in identifying and escalating issues to the right channels;
*Familiar with regulatory, financial, and compliance frameworks;
*Excellent German skills and good English.
