For one of our clients – а global business services provider focused on improving customer
engagement and boosting business outcomes for leading global brands, we are looking for
– Online Sports Support Representative with Bulgarian.

Responsibilities:
*Provide reliable and high-quality customer support on virtual sports platforms;
*Respond to user inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently;
*Guide users through games and betting interfaces;
*Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely and accurate solutions;
*Communicate with empathy and respect, even in challenging situations;
*Detect and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications:
*Full fluency in Bulgarian and good command of English;
*Interest in virtual sports and digital technologies is a plus;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure;
*Proactive, organized, and team-oriented;
*Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask without sacrificing quality.
