For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Sales Support Coordinator
with Danish or Norwegian, or Swedish and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, and chat,
ensuring an excellent client experience;
*Handle inquiries related to money transfer transactions, account issues, or service
information, resolving them efficiently or escalating when needed;
*Deliver accurate and timely responses in line with KPI targets (response time, resolution
rate, customer satisfaction);
*Support the sales team by preparing client data, assisting with follow-ups, and managing
small-scale administrative tasks;
*Log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system, maintaining clear and up-to-date records;
*Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate, contributing to
overall sales goals.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish (B2-C1) and good command of English (B2 or higher);
*Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset;
*Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but motivation and willingness
to learn are equally valued;
*Comfortable using computers, handling multiple systems, and switching between communication channels;
*Ability to work with KPIs and handle tasks with a sense of urgency and accountability;
*Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team player mindset with interest in both service and
sales support.
