Your mission

What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Deliver professional support while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and correctly.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What you bring
• C1 level in Danish, Swedish, Czech, Dutch, or Icelandic.
• B2 level of English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate information.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
