Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of New York, Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Sydney.
 
We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for an entry level full-time position of  Operations Associate at Back- Office Operations - Sofia, Bulgaria. Prior banking/customer service experience and a college degree in a related field are preferred.

Hours: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday ( 12:00-21:00 working hours )
 
 Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Perform back office operations, activate accounts, process transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits), and post deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients (via phone, live person chat, emails) while providing a one-call resolution for client issuesLiaise directly with Sales team in other locationsTranslate business, financial, operational related documents
Other job related tasks and projects as assignedExperience & Skills:
    Must be fluent in English and French (reading, writing and professional conversation) All candidates must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient user in ExcelMust have prior customer service or financial services experienceMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environmentSelf-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervisionAll candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashionMust be a team player
Qualifications & Requirements:
    Must be flexible to work different shifts based on business needsBA/BS degree in a related field (preferably Finance, Business Management) 2 years of work experience in a related field would be a plus
