Our client is trade company in the field of fuel trading, who is seeking to employ for its branch in Stara Zagora:

FINANCE AND CONTROLING

Requirements:
- Suitable university education, Master with Economic major (Accounting and control);
- Experience on this or simmilar position in industrial or trade firm;
- Excellent command of spoken, written, readen and understandable English, including accounting terminology;
- Required knowledge and work with store programe (including on english);
- Experience in work in international team;
- Excellent command computer literacy: MS Office package (especially Excell); accounting software;
- Excellent knowledge and work experience with Bulgarian and International accounting standards and laws;
- Drive license;

Your responcibilities connect with the accounting are:
- Posting and recording to general ledger and journals;
- Posting and recording to debtors' and creditors' ledger, monthly updates;
- Posting and recording to asset management accounts, monthly updates;
- Maintaining the inventory accounts;
- Preparation of reports according to local laws;
- Preparation and filing of tax declarations (incl. income tax returns);
- Monthly VAT declaration according to local laws;
- Preparation and filing of quarterly corporate income tax declarations (incl. year-end corporate income tax declaration);
- Preparation of financial statement according to local laws

Your responcibilities connect with the payments, cash planning and controlling are:
- Communication with banks;
- Review of invoices for proper release of payments in line with firm’s internal rules;
- Recording of all released invoices in a cash plan;
- Cash flow / liquidity forecast according to firm’s internal rules;
- Weekly payments via electronic banking / fax document;
- Review and payment of out-of pocket expenses of employees, contracts of employees by the legislation;
- Salary payments;
- Payments to tax authorities / social insurance institutions

Your responcibilities connect with the modification and preparation of financial reports according to firm’s rules are:
- Preparation and submission of monthly firm’s internal reporting files according to IFRS (Excel based);
- Preparation of quarterly firm’s internal consolidation files according to IFRS (Excel based);
- Preparation of year-end financial statement files according to IFRS (Excel based);
- Preparation of ad hoc reports according to firm’s rules

You will have other services, connected to the needs of the company in accounting field.
