For one of our clients, a leading multinational brand, we are currently looking for:

Finance and agreements associate with English or French

Responsibilities:

Processing invoices/credit memos/debit memos;
Ensures that all invoicing memos are sent to agreed customer deadlines and meets customer expectations;
Managing the accruals and payments processes within the end-2 end process within the company and its partners;
Delivering high quality services to key customers, partners and suppliers.

Requirements:

Experience in a multinational organization – preferably in Finance area;
Strong MS Excel skills;
University degree in Finance or related area;
Fluent in English and French, great communication skills;
or Fluent in English.

A great plus would be:

ERP experience, preferably SAP.
