Currently our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant with German language

Main Activities and Key Tasks:
• Verify accuracy and post suppliers’ invoices using the appropriate cost centers and projects;
• Reconcile suppliers’ accounts, research and resolve discrepancies or payment issues with suppliers;
• Ensure that VAT, withholding taxes and non-deductible expenses are booked correctly;
• Receive, verify and process employee business trip expenses;
• Performs payments in line with companys approval policy and payment schedule;
• Perform month end activities such as expense accruals, reconciliations and analysis of specific payables accounts.

Requirements:
• 1 – 2 years of experience on a similar position;
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field;
• Excellent German language skills (written and verbal);
• Good English language skills;
• Attention to details and accuracy, self-motivated and disciplined;
• Ability to assess, recommend and implement process improvements;
