The most prominent aspect of our customer service is the international tax refund retrieval. We organize tax returns for people who have worked overseas. Our customers are from all corners of the the globe and are generally seeking refunds from the countries such as USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, Canada and other countries in Western Europe such as Holland and Germany.

Currently we are offering the position of Online Tax Agent (Chatter). This position involves communicating with clients who enter our online ‘chat’ system looking for information or help. The role of the ‘chatter’ is to support them with any questions they have. The core focus of the role will be to help the clients understand the process involved and help them to provide any information needed so we can organize the refund for them as quickly as possible.

The position is both serious and rewarding. And, our employees are known to have fun while working!

Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Working hours available: 12:00 - 20:30 (Mon-Fri)


Main responsibilities:

- Accept chats with the clients who approach us through the chat system
- Answer the clients queries through the online chat system
- Promote the service provided by taxback(dot)com to new clients
- To clearly communicate with the clients using friendly, professional tone
- Ensure information obtained from the client is updated on the taxback(dot)com CRM
- Work with the team to ensure clients are looked after
