oriented people for the role of Policy Coordinator with Italian, French, German or Spanish and English - No calls (Hybrid).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Use internal software for data processing and storage and keep systems, tools, and
documentation up to date;
* Verify data accuracy according to company policies and legal regulations;
* Ensure documents, policies and invoices meet quality standards and are delivered on time;
* Provide administrative support across the Multinational segment and communicate in
writing with EMAIA region colleagues;
* Respond to local clients' broker queries;
* Manage policy bookings, document archiving, and dispatching to brokers;
* Foster collaboration and promote teamwork to maintain high standards and a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; the role doesn’t require previous experience;
* Fluent in Italian, French, German or Spanish (level B2) and proficient in English (level C1) ;
* Skilled with both verbal and written communication, polite and professional;
* Team-oriented, ready to share and seek or provide guidance as needed;
* Able to work independently and manage tasks and meet deadlines;
* Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office;
* Customer service experience is desired but not required.
