Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of offices in New York, Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Sydney and Sofia.

We are seeking career minded, experienced and motivated individuals for full-time positions in the Compliance department. 

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday: 9 am - 6 pm 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the Monitoring function by testing of policies, procedures and processes related to the business and product offeringExecute routine monitoring tasks to ascertain the strength of the firm's internal controls and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations  Conduct reviews of financial promotions produced by the firm including but not limited to website updates, email campaigns, and print advertisementsDocument the results of the monitoring program, provide analysis, and/or resolution on compliance-related concerns/findings Follow up with relevant business units to ensure that corrective action is taken when necessaryStay abreast of the regulatory environment and expectations Other duties may be assigned

Skills & Experience:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to effectively present information and respond to questionsKnowledge of current professional accounting and auditing standards, procedures, and requirements is a plus Self-starter and able to work with other departments and build smooth working relationshipsTeam player and able to prioritize in a fast moving, constantly changing environment Strong research skills; analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detailSelf-motivated and ability to effectively multi-task Effective decision-making abilitiesGood verbal and written communication skills
