Job description:

Working as a Junior Tax Specialist you will deal with invoices and documents we receive from our clients. The role consists of working as part of a team that is responsible for ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate estimates of their potential refund value. The free estimations calculations and refund applications should be created and completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review all invoices and documents from the processing data input team and create accurate refund updates
• Receive all documents (invoices etc) and signed forms from their Processing Coordinator and prepare and file the application
• Review all invoices and prepare a VAT refund estimation
• Give advise about the refund estimation, any unusual issues and queries on the refund application and any outstanding documents required
• Provide status reports to the team Processing Coordinator team when requested
• Ensure the proper and timely entering of information and relevant updates onto the database;
• To support the overall work of the team when required;

Key Skills required:

• Very good command of English language is a must
• Very good command in verbal and written German is a must
• Very good attention to details and analytic skills
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Efficiency in working with documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly and professional, able to work in a team

Experience on a similar position would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
