Our client provides solutions which facilitate commerce between the world’s biggest companies and the suppliers who support them.
For their Sofia-based office we are looking for:
PDF Mapping Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Understand the supplier business and invoice volume in order to offer them the best solution for electronic invoicing depending on their technical and billing capacity.
• Get the appropriate contacts involved into the eSend process.
• Respond to all questions/queries/concerns that a supplier might have in regards of the transition process.
• Learn PROLOG application language for PDF mapping
• Guiding suppliers through the transition process.
• Work with Value Enablement Program Managers and Project Implementation Managers to set appropriate priorities.
• Track and report the progress of each active e-invoicing campaign on a regular basis.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Involved in process development and improving team function and efficiency.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B data operations.
• Ability to understand the B2B transactions that occur in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.
• Knowledge on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Backend of eInvoicing and procurement is a nice to have.
• Knowledge on file types like PDF, XML, JSON.
• Knowledge base on SMTP connectivity.
