General Information:

УСЛОВИЯ

Finance Manager - Accounting & Controls

Based in Malta and reporting to the Deputy Finance Director, you will be responsible for compiling monthly management accounts, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and managing the forecasting cash flow. You will also create and update corporate procedures and actively implement new procedures and ensuring ongoing compliance.

You will need to have at least three years experience in a similar role and be fully qualified through ACCA or hold a relevant University Degree. You also need to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in business English. An insight of international financial reporting standards and taxation will be considered an asset.


Company Secretary

You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the board and will be involved in company projects as well as assisting in managing board support functions. Through servicing the different boards you will maintain company records, liaise with the authorities and regulators and provide advice on governance matters. You will also be involved in coordinating with external lawyers on different issues related to group functions as well as the operations of the different subsidiary companies. On a day to day basis you will take and produce minutes, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, deal with statutory filings and notifications and give legal advice on corporate matters. You would be required to assist with interim results, annual reports and accounts as well as AGM preparations.

You will be a qualified lawyer with at least two years experience in a commercial environment. You will have a self motivated attitude and able to work with different members of the senior management team and board directors. You will have excellent communication skills, be hardworking & organised and able to deliver under pressure.


Facility Manager

The jobholder who will be reporting into the Managing Director will be running the operations of the home which tasks include the management of the home including rooms maintenance and upkeep, HR Management and any other related jobs. S/he will also ensure budget keeping and ascertaining customer satisfaction.

The jobholder will preferably have a tertiary level of education. S/he must have a minimum of 3 years similar experience preferably in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, good customer relations, able to work on own initiative and able to work in a team.

Accounts Officer - Banking

Working closely with the Accounts Manager, you will be executing general accounting and reporting duties including the preparation of management accounts. You will be in charge of completing regulatory reports and producing company financial positions on a daily basis. You will be performing risk reporting and will contribute to the implementation of credit risk policies. Part of the role includes preparing periodic budgets, processing credit applications and assisting with the preparation of ALCO papers.

The chosen candidate will be a fresh accountancy graduate with some experience in audit or a graduate in finance and banking. Candidates should also have excellent presentation and communication skills. You will be very hard working and determined to succeed, be highly technical in your work and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Treasury Officer - Banking

Working within the bank’s Operations Team, you will be primarily responsible for back office transactions within a low volume but high value environment. You will form part of a small dynamic team receiving and effecting high value customer orders.

The chosen candidate will hold a Banking and Finance degree or equivalent and have around 5 years experience in banking. Candidates should be career focused and capable of working in a busy and fast paced environment. You should be able to work independently and on your own initiative. You must have excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
