There is an opportunity to become a part of one of the teams of Xerox Business Services Bulgaria as a Supply Chain Coordinator with German OR French OR Italian.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Order Management and Logistics processes;
- Manage relevant Customer details: input information, provide validation of Orders and Pricing;
- Ensure the close loop process between Engineer and Supply Chain, corporate clients;
- Respond to customers’ queries and questions and provide solutions;
- Ensure on time allocations of orders;
- Handles non-deliveries of spares shipments;
- Communication and support of various internal teams;
- Manage the resolution of Partner/ Customer queries within corporate guidelines;
- Raise escalations.

Your skills:
- Fluency in GERMAN or FRENCH or ITALIAN;
- Working level of English;
- 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service Environment;
- Experience in Logistics/ Order Management/ Supply Chain/ Dispatch is an advantage;
- University degree;
- Target driven individual, motivated to achieve results.
