Описание

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for the accurate planning and delivery of the AR working capital components to support our Business Units in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will deliver scenario planning analysis and in-depth business insights related to AR ledger management, ensuring compliance with Local Credit Policy and Collection Strategy aligned with CCH Group Accounting Policies.

Is this you?
I am have obtained university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relative field.
I possess in-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and audit.
I am experienced with ERP systems. (SAP knowledge is also a plus)
I have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
I speak fluently English.
I have worked for more than 3 years in roles related with financial planning & analysis.
I have generally finance account management experience. (is a plus that it was in FMCG & multinational companies)
It is a plus that I have order to cash experience in a shared services environment.
I consider my self as proactive, influential, and independent and agile.
I also have strong accountability and proven analytical skills.
Your Key Responsibilities as FP&A Lead:
Prepare and estimate AR Working Capital and Free Cash Flow targets.
Advise local businesses on AR and Free Cash Flow management.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and strategies.
Partner with external service providers and internal teams to enhance service levels.
Promote continuous learning, innovation, and process improvements.
Manage planning models, ad-hoc requests, and escalations.
Preserve and update process knowledge and materials.
Deliver scenario planning and estimates for AR balances.
Analyze AR and Free Cash Flow against business plans and previous years.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.
