Currently one of our clients, an international company, is setting up a new Financial OTC center in Sofia. The aim of the OTC is to support the business and be known internally as a value creator through outstanding service and financial expertise.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the teams of our client at the position of
Financial Support Agent with German
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner;
• Monitoring of billing holds;
• Responsible for correct allocation of all customer payments;
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of all cash transactions from customers;
• Ensure timely posting and allocation of all cash receipts;
• Ensure that balances are correctly identified and transferred.
Requirements:
• Fluency in German;
• University degree;
• Excellent Customer Care skills, customer focused orientation;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
