For our client we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent in iGaming industry . As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat and email.
Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, payments, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with our products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues and share customer feedback.
Monitor customer interactions and provide support as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security in all customer communications.

Requirements:
Ukrainian fluency.
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Basic technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
