Alaric Securities OOD is a licensed investment intermediary with a strongly motivated team of professionals. We are looking to hire a highly analytical, organized and creative individual to join our Operations team in the position of Back-office operations officer. This is an exciting job in an exceptional company, a great opportunity for everyone who would like to develop its career in the extremely dynamic environment of the global financial markets.Key Responsibilities:
• Opening and administering of trading accounts;
• Settlement of cash operations;
• Timely, accurate and efficient processing and reconciliation of trading operations;
• Monitoring the activity and reports of daily trading operations;
• Liaising with clients regarding trading requirements, transactions settlement and corporate actions;
• Preparing reports for the clients and for the management;
• Providing customer support and expertise in products and services offered by the company.
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Degree in Finance or Economics;
• Strong MS-Office and especially MS Excel skills;
• Outstanding numeracy and analytical skills;
• Highly efficient, accurate and independent work style;
• Very strong organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to stick to tight timelines;
• A strong customer service ethos;
• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving;
• Able to work in close cooperation with the team members of the other departments;
• Interest in and enthusiasm to develop its career in the area of global financial markets;
• Prior experience in the field is a PLUS.
