Customer Administration Specialist with French and English

For one of our key clients, fast growing company, specialized in the B2B fashion industry, we are looking for a French and English speaking admin and customer support specialist.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with International customers
Providing high quality service and support clients via e-mail and phone
Giving feedback to the superiors
Being informed about all matters, connected with the job
Management of several databases
Support in administrative tasks

Requirements:

Fluency in French and English
Self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person
Ability to work as a good team player and also in partnership with other departments
IT skills : good knowledge in Microsoft Office and in particular in excel
High communication skills, multitasking
Passionate about customer support. You're able to empathize with them in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues.
You’re an excellent communicator, focused on building human relationships with customers. You’re just as comfortable on the phone as you are in an email or Live Chat.
Dutch language would be advantage
