Accounts Payable with French



Main responsibilities:

• Processing and analysis of financial data related to the account payable system;
• Investigate any unallocated payments in the suspense account and assigning them to the correct accounts payable account in a timely manner;
• Have a good understanding of the applicable General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions for GL accounting;
• Reconcile and analyze suspend accounts, dispatch actions arising from the monthly reconciliations;
• Prepare and post accruals into GL, defer charge where appropriate, advances and payments, etc.



Requirements:

• University degree - preferably in Accounting/Finance;
• Experience in Account Payable/Account Receivable role. Experience in multinational environment is an advantage;
• Fluency in French;
• Good level of English;
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
• Good organizational and problem solving skills.
