On behalf of our client, we are proud to present the role of

Accounts Receivable with French

We are looking for a fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills, able to work with Excel, Word, PDF, SAP.
Higher education and previous professional experience in an international environment/ administrative/ billing/ collections/ credit control/ banking or other is needed.
Being able to follow procedures is also important for the role, as you will need to ensure compliance with business rules and corporate guidelines.

-You are going to be involved in:

Maintaining relationship with corporate clients/ partners (B2B);
Permanent account administration, reconciliation and account analysis;
Credit/account management, analyze payment patterns and implement corrective measures;
Preventing payment delays;
Collection activities in case of a payment delay;
Analyzing unpaid debt and forecasting of upcoming payments;
Building forecasts on receivables ratio - billing, accruals and cash;
Apply strategy for maintaining the ledger clean and reconciled.
