Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. Currently, we are looking for a new enthusiastic and ambitious member to join their Accounting Team as a Chief Accountant.

As a Chief Accountant, you will responsible for the managing, organizing and controlling all accounting and financial activities in accordance with local regulations;

Invoicing and maintenance of the accounting records of clients and suppliers;
Prepare monthly and periodical management financial reports;
Issuing annual financial reports, analysis and forecasts, annual tax declaration, VAT declaration, Intrastat;
Contacts with the authorities in regard to on-going accounting or tax issues, as well as with auditors and financial institutions;
Take part in preparation of financial statements in accordance with the organizational specific requirements.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of accounting experience
Experience with IFRS;
University degree and professional accounting qualification;
Experience completing statutory books;
Fluent English; German will be considered as a strong advantage;
Strong ERP experience is mandatory (preferably SAP)
