On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to undertake the role of Sales Trainer in Corporate Financial Services and develop and maintain successful training practices which will increase the commercial capacity on an individual and group level within the company.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct and coordinate training programs to fit the specific individual and company needs.
• Plan, develop, and provide trainings and sales development programs utilizing effectiveness methods such as classroom trainings, demonstrations, on-the-job trainings, meetings, coaching and workshops.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing ones.
• Develop training assessments and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities for employee development.
• Maintain a strong relationship with associates to easily convey information, relevant the sales training activities.
• Design and implement on-boarding experiences and career development plans for employees.
• Maximize sales force effectiveness and efficiency by determining and solving training needs.
• Understand and stay up to date with company processes and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of proven track record in financial and investment services;
• 2 years sales experience or sales training experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience;
• Willingness to convey knowledge, develop and execute trainings with little guidance;
• Excellent time-management skills, a "can-do" demeanor and ability to effectively meet critical deadlines;
• Must possess the capacity to function effectively in a demanding and time sensitive environment;
• Advanced level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Willingness to travel in the country.
