Accounts Receivable with French


Main Responsibilities:

• Supports the transition team to ensure the successful migration of all Invoicing and wider OTC;
• Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc);
• Ensures that all invoicing is sent to agreed customer deadlines and meets customer expectations;
• Ensures Invoicing period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner;
• Support Invoicing processes if required;
• Provides feedback to ensure that processes meet business requirements;
• Works with each Business Unit to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership with each to drive an effective and smooth deployment of Invoicing processes into the Shared Services Center.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as Collections/Accounts Receivable in a multinational company or Shared Services environment;
• Fluent in French language;
• Very good level of English language;
• A good understanding of wider Order to Cash area processes;
• ERP experience essential, preferably SAP;
• Analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented;
• Strong customer service attitude.
