Head of F&A Outsourcing Operations

Responsibilities/Activities:

• Oversee all activities associated with Accounting projects
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs performance for all clients
• Quality reviews, validate/initiate process improvement and standardization
• Resource management
• Provide coaching and feedback to Managers for effective client service delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and information security standards
• Independently manage client relationships
• Manage P&L for European F&A business
• Own and execute new business migrations
• Support business development in F&A space
• Introduce and build new capabilities in the F&A space


Skills needed:

• 12 or more years’ experience in F&A outsourced environment
• Experience of managing team of 200+ people
• Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt and Project management is considered a big plus
• Experience in client, people and process management
• Experience with ERP Systems like SAP/ Oracle/ PeopleSoft
• University degree in Accounting
• Advanced level of English language
• Ability to work in cross cultural environment with multi-national teams
