We are currently looking for Business Support Analyst to join our Decision analytics Application Support team. Contributing to client delivery and service levels by providing 2nd line business related product support to clients using the Experian Core DA product set. Work will include dealing with live product configuration incidents (investigate & fix), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation) and system optimisations.

Position Title: Business Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
Provide regular updates to team leader / management re project progress / utilisation / issues / escalation;
Follow key processes and actively seeking improvements in them to continually evolve working practices;
Ensure USD and SWR’s are kept up to date with any progress;
Actively post relevant Knowledge base articles;
Peer level client management;
Perform initial investigation (basic troubleshooting) regardless of complexity;
Input into estimates for Change requests and provide solutions advice;
SLA awareness for BSO incidents and change requests;
Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is delivered at all times;
Coding and testing of change requests under supervision;
Ensure that KPI data capture is accurate and timely;
Awareness of key business KPI’s and targets.

Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills presentation and facilitation skills;
Highly motivated; consistently takes initiative; demonstrated ability to work independently but under supervision;
Results driven and goal oriented;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a logical mind;
Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise;
Ability to work effectively with remote virtual teams;
Flexibility to travel in line with business needs;
Need to be able to look at issues from a business perspective and then translate this into the technical application;
Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio;
Possess a basic working knowledge of XML and EDA Products.
