Описание
Main responsibilities:Maintains and reconciles the general ledger, and reconcile bank statements regularly;
Manages travel expenses, and employee documentation;
Invoicing, credit control and administration of the accounts receivable and accounts payable process;
Petty cash control and bookkeeping process;
Keeps up to date on tax, financial and accounting legislation;
Assists with operations related to the month-end reconciliation of all nominal accounts, accruals, prepayments, deferrals, equipment amortization;
Assists with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting;
Responsible to keep all files in good order and archiving them after being accomplished;
Assists with payroll process;
Communicates with clients and vendors regarding any POs, invoices, remittances and other matters.
The perfect candidate is:
Professional experience on a similar position;
Experience with accounting software;
Very good command of English, both written and verbal;
Attention to detail;
Strong analytical skills.
