Due to the group expansion of one of our clients - multinational company, we are looking for experienced professional for the position of:

AP Service Assistant with German

who will be part of brand new team. This specialist will identify and respond to internal and external customer’s needs. The role is the primary point of contact for queries and will provide service-orientated support.


Key responsibilities:

-Works with each Business Unit to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership with each to drive an effective and smooth deployment of the process
-Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers ( Suppliers, Employees, Executives etc)
-Service-oriented handling of information by telephone and in writing (email)
-Analyzing and documenting root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable, including Purchase Orders
-Maintains Supplier and Customer agreements and template orders
-Where appropriate escalation of cases to other teams, including sharing of documented and annotated enquiry research
-Outbound communication on behalf of the department (e.g. mass supplier communications, missing invoice requests, supplier statement requests etc.)


Requirements and key skills:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Builds customer value
- Minimum 1 years Procurement/Accounts Payable/Service Desk experience in a multinational organisation or Shared Services environment
- Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/data through computerized systems
- Embraces and drives change
- Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level
- Drives performance, efficiency and effectiveness
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
